The complete circuit breaker certification and the output terminal component recognition are separate records. This page explains what each statement means and how to verify the exact product model.
Do not combine the two records into one claim. Use the complete circuit breaker record for the finished product and the component record only for the terminal component it covers.
Finished circuit breaker
This statement applies to complete N-HTB circuit breaker models that are included in the current Intertek listing scope. The official directory and applicable certification documents control the model coverage and status.
Verify in the Intertek ETL directoryOutput terminal component
This UL record applies to an equipment-wiring terminal component. It is separate from the finished circuit breaker's ETL Listing and does not, by itself, mean that the complete circuit breaker is UL Listed.
N-HTB terminal-component recognition: N-HTB’s output terminal components for its Federal Pacific (FPE), Zinsco and Pushmatic replacement circuit breaker families are UL Recognized under File E538985, category ZMMT2.
Scope clarification: This statement refers specifically to the UL Recognized output terminal component record, File E538985, category ZMMT2. It does not mean that the complete circuit breaker is UL Listed, and it does not replace the complete circuit breaker's ETL Listing by Intertek.
